Synopsis
This book is an elegant guide to self-inquiry, perfect for the seasoned adept and the beginner alike. Its contents are taken from transcripts of public meetings (Satsang) conducted by Arjuna. Everything in this book was spoken unrehearsed and in response to whoever was present. Some of the transcripts remain as dialogues: conversations between Arjuna and the old and new friends who came to talk with him on the couch at the front of the room. Other pieces have become prose: longer discourses that lent themselves to more thorough exploration of a topic and some of the transcripts playfully called out to be transformed into poetry. Many of the best of the dialogues from this book are available on audio and video from Amazon.com.

About the Author
Arjuna Nick Ardagh is the author of "Relaxing into Clear Seeing", "How About Now?" and the Living Essence Tapes Series, all available from Amazon.com. He is the founder of the Living Essence Foundation, a non-profit organization located in Nevada City, CA dedicated to the facilitation of Self-Realization within the context of ordinary life. Arjuna travels throughout the US and Europe offering Satsang: meetings in the Heart. During Satsang he dialogues with friends old and new, and points attention back to the unchanging nature of the True Self, present and available in every moment. There is a calling to recognize,
Perhaps just for a moment,
The difference between what is real and what is imaginary;
To recognize that there has been an addiction to the imaginary.
Bring your attention to this moment with compassion,
