Charles L. (Chuck) Convis is the biographer of Myles Keogh of Indian Wars fame and has published in western history journals and magazines. His work has been reprinted in Voices in Fiction and Non Fiction as an example of excellent writing. He is a Marine veteran of World War Two and a retired trial lawyer. He has worked on steam railroads in Wyoming and on a commercial fishing vessel in Alaska.
