Choices is a simple and engaging look at how you can use values to make a difference in any organization or personal relationship.
In the first part of the book, you will learn the connection between vision and values, and you'll have the ooportunity to complete several exercises designed to uncover your own values set.
The second part of the book walks you through a basic four-step process of decision making that brings values to the surface. Why care about this? Because, even in the simplest decisions we make, ultimately we are asking ourselves, what kind of person, what kind of organization, do we want to be?
