About the Author
Liane Onish, a former early childhood reading specialist, has been in publishing since 1981, holding positions as Senior Editor for Penguin Putnam, Inc. and Reader's Digest Young Families, Inc. Ms. Onish has authored and/or edited children's stories for many distinguished publishers including Golden Books Family Entertainment, Disney Press, Warner Brothers and Scholastic. Over a period of eight years, Ms. Onish served as a head teacher in several New York City private schools.
