About the Author

Margaret Berry Wilson taught first and second graders for fifteen years. She wrote the kindergarten, first grade, and second grade books in the What Every Teacher Needs series, and is co-author of Doing Math in Morning Meeting. She currently serves as an assistant head of school in Riverside, California.
