About the Author
Nancy Libbey Mills grew up in Stockton, California and went on to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Oregon State University. Currently she lives in Colorado. Mills has eight books in print. She wrote the lyrics to the Welcome to Garden Street children's music CD.
