Award winning author Nancy Libbey Mills is from Stockton, California, graduated from Lincoln High School and went on to graduate from Oregon State University. She can wiggle her ears, curl her tongue raise one eyebrow and whistle with her fingers. She can work a yo-yo. Currently, Mills lives in Colorado.
