About the Author
With eight children s books in print and having written the lyrics to a children s music CD, award winning author Nancy Libbey Mills has established a reputation kid lit. Her books are some of the smartest books written in the children s book genre. Children feel like they re being spoken to like adults and adults are reminded of being a kid. There s a sophistication and there are turns of phrases not usually found in children s stories. Her goal, when she started, was to write books that are as much fun for the reader as they are for the listener. With double entendres and homophones, Nancy s books bring giggles to booklovers over and over again. Mills grew up in Stockton and went on to Oregon State University, graduating with a Bachelor s Degree in Liberal Arts.
