About the Author:

Author Peter Kuitenbrouwer was born in New Westminster, British Columbia, spent much of his life in rural Quebec, and currently lives in Toronto, Ontario. He spent 20 years as a journalist before writing his best-selling first book, "7 Secrets of Highly Successful Kids," part of the "Millennium Generation Series" (Lobster Press, 2001). Peter works as a columnist for the National Post. He was featured on Featured on CBC Radio and Television, CP (Canadian Press) News Service, and Ottawa’s Y101 (Today’s Best Country), speaking about "Our Song". He has also hosted readings at schools in the Montreal area, and the Canada Day launch of Our Song: The Story of "O Canada" at Chapters in Ottawa. Peter's latest book is the New Edition of 7 Secrets of Highly Successful Kids (September 2006).
