First the Web site, and now the book! Judith Campbell leaves no stone unturned in her quest for wellness. Her goal: the balance of body, mind, and spirit, achieved by transforming the negative energies that drain us into the positive energies that nourish us. Bring the body into balance with proper food choices and preparation; bring the mind into balance by stress reduction and meditation; bring the spirit into the equation by communing with nature; and bring all three into balance by becoming aware of their interdependent relationship. These seem like simple enough ways to begin, and the rewards are magnificent: a new outlook on life, more energy, better relationships, peace, and joy. It could take a little work. Judith Campbell has written this book to coach you through it. And once you have finished reading this, you can still visit her Web site as often as you like for additional support and insights.

About the Author:
Judith M. Campbell is a wellness facilitator and practitioner with thirty years of experience in community and occupational health nursing. She currently has a small private practice and teaches part time at her local community college in Ottawa, Ontario. Her programs can be found on her website www.energywellness.ca. Judith s nursing career spanned four provinces, and led her into progressively challenging, diverse, and responsible roles requiring her creative, visionary and developmental talents. Her passion for body, mind, and spirit wellness and wholeness has become the focus of her teaching and writing since her retirement from Corporate Occupation Health and Safety in 1996. Judith believes that the future of preventative health care includes a coordinated approach between the medical profession and the healing art therapies. Such an approach would blend the technological advances of modern medicine with an understanding of the interdependent relationship between health and the body, mind, and spirit. Achievement of this coordinated approach would help reduce the incidence of personal illness and injury and help restore individuals to healthy living. As well, within the workplace, organizations would benefit through reduced employee absenteeism and earlier return to work.
