About the Author
Richard Fox has over 20 years' experience in the beer and catering industry, as chef, bar owner and restaurateur. For the past four years, Richard has been talking, demonstrating and presenting at events from the BBC Good Food Show to Leith's School of Food and Wine. Richard has hosted gourmet food and beer events at numerous prestige venues including regular events at Harvey Nichols and a gourmet beer diner at the British Ambassadors residence in Paris. He was recently awarded Food and Beer Writer of the Year at the prestigious British Guild of Beer Writers Annual Awards Dinner 2006, for The Food & Beer Cookbook.
