Clive Carroll is the Programme Manager for secondary consultancy and continuing professional development at the Education Development Unit at St Martin's College. He is currently delivering accredited cross-phase courses for induction tutors in eight LEAs. Dr Neil Simco is Head of Primary Initial Teacher Training at St Martin's College. Over the last three years, he has acted as a consultant to the TTA's work in induction on a number of occasions and played a major part in the preparation of the national support materials for induction. He has recently completed extensive induction support materials for ITT providers. He is also the author of "Succeeding in the Induction Year".
