About the Author:
Gina Donaldson worked in primary schools for 11 years as class teacher, mathematics co-ordinator and deputy head. She was trained as Leading Mathematics Teacher. She joined the primary mathematics team at Canterbury Christ Church University College in 1999 where she co-ordinates the PGCE mathematics course and teaches on Continuing Professional Development courses for teachers and subject leaders.
