Hardcover. Condition: Good. Illustrated hardcover, lacking dustjacket, no indication of printing. A good copy, but with a shallow puncture to the front joint that has broken through the paper a bit jaggedly. Some soiling to the light boards, including a long pencil line to the back cover. The interior is much better, clean and unmarked in a solid binding and hinges. A nice square copy with cover damage. 167 pp., 77 plates, indexed, and a series of photos of King at rear.
