"This book is a much-needed application of virtue ethics to the managerial role. The book offers a valuable argument . . . and sketches a way forward with a positive, constructive proposal informed by the wealth of the virtue tradition." - Catholic Social Science Review (about THE CHARACTER OF THE MANAGER)

"[Beabout] goes through topics slowly and carefully, giving examples to highlight his main points and argument. The book, while engaging philosophers, is accessible to management and business professionals and students." - Philosophy of Management (about THE CHARACTER OF THE MANAGER)
