Edward John ('Eddie') Crockett was born in Scotland and educated at the universities of Aberdeen, Dijon, Paris, Heidelberg and Zürich. Following a lengthy spell as a university lecturer, he went on to author, edit and co-publish a range of specialist business journals prior to moving into full-time media consultancy and international public affairs on behalf of corporate clients, philanthropic organisations in Europe and North America, and major supranational institutions such as the European Parliament and UNESCO.Eddie Crockett is fluent in several European languages and has been a guest lecturer at various European and international institutes of higher learning.
