The collection of essays in The International Economic law Revolution and the Right to Regulate examine a central problem in international law generally, one that is particularly salient in international economic law: the relation between the international legal system and the domestic legal system. These essays also examine the scope of application of international law: the degree to which international law purports to reach into the domestic legal system—into the domaine reservé—to restrict the regulatory authority of states.
