About the Author:

Olivier Picard is the Managing Director of ISC Medical and is a well-know figure in the circle of medical recruitment. Married to a doctor, and equipped with a background in recruitment, training and communication, Olivier is involved full time in coaching doctors and future doctors for their chosen job applications and interviews. In particular, he has been extensively involved in developing a wide range of courses and books for entry into all grades of the medical profession including ST, GPVTS, and consultant grades.
