Fred Mitchell was among those who died when the pasenger jet on which he was flying crashed on its way to New Delhi. The pilot's last message was "Climbing on track". He was chairman of the internationally known Keswich Convention and one of the speakers and the Home Director of the China Inland Mission, now the OMF. This up-dted and revised edition of Phyllis Thompson's biography presents a new generation with the challenge to be willing to serve God at "home" or overseas, whever He may lead. A new section gives a brief overview of the OMF's different ministries in several Asian countries. Fred Mitchell is an example of how God can use a very 'ordinary' person who is totally dedicated to Him.
