Excerpt:
Chapter: Dealing With the Enemy
"His ruthless behavior to women and children, mowing them down with machine-guns and crushing them with tanks, and his general cruelty leave no room for doubt as to how the German soldier has been ordered to treat his victims. Such then being the declared policy of the Germans, which they will certainly put into practice if they come here, they cannot complain if they are made to swallow a little of their own medicine. The answer then to the question of what to do with the Hun soldier is to kill him or wound him as severely as possible."
