About the Author
Jane Brocket is well known for her fresh new approach to quilting. She created her blog, yarnstorm.blogs.com, in February 2005 to write about knitting, but the contents soon expanded to include many more of life's small pleasures, such as baking, quilting, sewing, gardening, books, and films. Some of her previous books include: The Gentle Art of Knitting, The Gentle Art of Stitching, and The Gentle Art of Quiltmaking (all Collins & Brown), as well as The Gentle Art of Domesticity (Hodder & Stoughton).
