He now devel-ops products for, and works with, a number of pharmaceutical and healthcare companies in achieving these aims.Andrew is a professional engineer and MBA with over 20 years of experience working for the world’s largest global companies. Stephen McIndoe has a passion for improv-ing patient safety and building optimal artwork management capabilities for clients, which have won many awards. Stephen worked with GlaxoSmithKline, the world’s second largest phar-maceutical company at the time, as a management consultant over a period of many years, playing a leading role in the transformation of their global artwork management activities into a world-class, award-winning capability.Stephen is one of the founders of Be4ward which helps pharma-ceutical companies and their supply base to improve patient safety and drive additional value from their product range.
