PREFACE

Three cooking aficionados, Thierry, Lucile and Ahmed, are the brains behind the Cafe Moderne in Paris. There, in their vintage-style restaurant, they gathered together all their culinary know-how and their passion for food. After studying haute cuisine, Thierry came across Ahmed and Lucile, who were heavily influenced by New York street food.
