Dennis Showalter has been a Professor of History at Colorado College since 1985. His recent publications include Patton and Rommel: Men of War in the Twentieth Century, Hindenburg: Icon of German Militarism and If The Allies Had Fallen: Sixty Alternative Scenarios of World War II.
