About the Author

Meg Faure is an occupational therapist specializing in fussy eating and infant care and is passionate in assisting parents to nurture their babies, Meg runs a clinical practice in Cape Town, South Africa, writes for various media platforms, and is an international speaker. Dr. Sarah Karabus is a pediatric allergologist, with a post as consultant lecturer at the Red Cross Children’s Hospital in Cape Town. She has been published in several medical journals and frequently speaks at national and international conferences. Kath Megaw has been in child nutrition for 20 years. She is South Africa's leading pediatric dietician and holds four medical qualifications from the prestigious John Hopkins University.
