Dean Carson is the pen name of an Irish journalist, a professional magician, ventriloquist and hypnotist who trained as a physicist before working for a decade for a daily paper and writing the top selling non-fiction book Family Feud – Gangland Limerick Exposed, an account of the Limerick drug war that also become the most shoplifted book in Ireland.
