About the Author
Vendan Ananda Kumararajah is a transformation architect and systems thinker whose work bridges complexity science, cybernetics, and Tamil philosophical traditions. He is the originator of the A3 Model-an innovative framework for ethical systemic intelligence-and author of Navigating Complexity and System Challenges, which establishes the conceptual foundations of the A3 paradigm. With an MBA from the University of Derby and membership in the Chartered Management Institute (UK), Vendan's professional background spans organisational transformation, AI governance, and applied systems design. His work integrates ethical reasoning, recursive governance, and systemic diagnosis to address contemporary global challenges.
