About the Author

Lorna Crozier is an award-winning poet with 14 published collections, including Inventing the Hawk, for which she received the Governor General’s Award. She is also the editor of several anthologies: Desire in Seven Voices, Addicted, Breathing Fire 1, and Breathing Fire 2. She has read her published work worldwide, which has been translated into other languages. She is serves as a chair of the writing department at the University of Victoria. She lives in Saanich, British Columbia. Molly Peacock is the author of six volumes of poetry, including The Second Blush and Cornucopia. She is a contributing editor of the Literary Review of Canada and a faculty mentor at Spalding University. Her writing has appeared in such publications as the Globe and Mail, the New Yorker, and the Paris Review. Her nonfiction book The Paper Garden was nominated for the BC National Award for Canadian Non-Fiction. She lives in Toronto, Ontario.
