About the Author
Mathematician, author and playwright, Dr. John Mighton started JUMP Math in 2002 as a registered charity to address inequities in math education and dispel the myth that only some people are born to be good at math while others are destined not to understand it. JUMP Math is now used by over 250,000 students in Canada, the United States and Spain, as well as other countries worldwide. Dr. Mighton has created a distinctive approach to teaching math that is designed to enable every child to develop a deep understanding and love of math.
