About the Author
Frederick Bauer has been teaching in the Department of Philosophy at Assumption College since 1969. He is especially interested in promoting the thought of William James. He received his PhD in Philosophy in 1968 from the University of Ottawa and holds masterĀ s degrees in theology and psychology.
