Her leadership seminars have been delivered to many companies including Boeing, General Motors, Northwest Airlines, Amoco Oil, Kellogg and many others. Toni has a degree in Mathematics and a masters in Business Administration and has created a leadership retreat in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northern Virginia.
