About the Author:
Born in Port Chester,New York and raised in Stamford,Connecticut,Jeff Vincoli now lives on Florida s Space Coast.He has spent nearly two decades working for and with organizations and contractors to the Federal Government.Now an independent Consultant,he has authored eight technical books pertaining to safety,health and the environment.
No Confidence presents his first work of fiction. However,because of his extensive background working with and for various government agencies, it is often difficult to separate fact from fiction in his writings.
