Bishop D. E. Hall, pastor and founder of True Deliverance Church in Thomasville, NC, was saved in 1973, and married a lovely lady named Susan in 1975. Bishop Hall has a doctorate degree in theology from Apostolic Theological Bible College in Tampa, Florida, but his real education is derived from over 27 years of ministry.
