He has broad expeerience with financings, mergers and acquisitions, periodic disclosure, corporate governance, and regulation of securities markets and financial institutions. He also participates in the activities of the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee of the American Bar Association. He has been a member of the Texas bar since 1977.
