My son is 5 years old and for 6 months has been off his anti-histamines for allergies. After I read your book, I changed his diet and used the nutritional supplement suggestions. It worked like a charm. Thank you. --Lisa, mother of 2, Fairfax, VA
Our Children Are... What Our Children Eat is my bible. I take it shopping with me and at home I read every chance I get. It has changed my family s life. --Karen, mother of 5, Minneapolis, MN
It's rare to find a book like this that speaks to parents like me. I am more knowledgeable about my children s health now and I don t have to run to the doctor for every little thing. As a teacher, I understand more about the brain and body connection and that has been enormously helpful in the classroom. --Sidra, mother and elementary school teacher, Sebastopol, CA
