Sally Coveleskie is an executive with Steinway & Sons and is a former music teacher. She thanks her mother, Leona, for all those years of piano lessons and where they led. Laura Friedman has worked as a painter and as an artist in natural history museum for many years, creating dioramas, models and murals. She lives in New York City with her husband and daughter. This is her second children’s book.
