David Taniar received a Ph.D. in computer science from Victoria University. He is a senior lecturer at the school of business systems at Monash University and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturers, and Commerce. Johanna Wenny Rahayu received a Ph.D. in computer science from La Trobe University and is the winner of the 2001 Computer Science Association of Australia's award for the best Ph.D. thesis. She is currently a senior lecturer at La Trobe University.
