About the Authors
Lloyd Work has been in the information technology field for 15 years. Lloyd foudned Astra Digital, Inc., a professional services firm, and has written several articles and books. He has a wide range of experience in many different technologies, including: Delphi, C, C++, Visual Basic, PowerBuilder, Oracle, InterBase, SQL Server, MTS, Midas, ASTA, and many others.
Jay Miller has worked for the past 13 years in the information technology field. Jay received his Computer Science degree from Indiana University. Before Joining Astra Digital, Inc., recently, Jay worked in a variety of industries encompassing financial services, government contracting, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and education. while he has used a wide range of technologies including C, C++, FoxPro, SQL Server, and MTS, among others- his passion for the past seven years has been Visual Basic.
