About the Author:
Robert S. Kahn has worked in factories and prisons and as a musician, teacher, newspaper reporter and editor. His book, Other People’s Blood: U.S. Immigration Prisons in the Reagan Decade (Westview/HarperCollins, 1996) was based on his work defending Central American refugees in the prisons.
