About the Author:
Brian D. Molitor is the chief executive officer of Molitor International, a consulting and training company specializing in building interpersonal relationships. He has produced and hosted numerous television programs, writes business columns for several magazines, and is the author of "The Power of Agreement." Before his present job, Molitor worked at a residential youth camp for troubled youth and was the director of a state-wide mens' prison ministry, ministering to young men in particular. He and his wife Kathleen are the parents of four children, including three boys. Seeing how boys in American society are responding with violence to the issues they face as adolescents, Molitor wanted to celebrate his sons' entrance into manhood in a way that would affirm spiritual, emotional, and ethical maturity.
