About the Author

Gerry Czarnecki has been leading organizations since his days as an Army Second Lieutenant. He’s worked in both the profit and non-profit sectors and his experience includes everything from managing clerks and working as a change agent to leading boards of directors. Czarnecki is chairman and chief executive officer of The Deltennium Group, a diversified holding company with interests in retail services, business-to-business services, franchising, trust administrative services, paralegal services and consumer financial services. He lives in Florida with his wife Lois.
