At the Plain Dealer she writes monthly columns on start-ups and women in business, a weekly column My Biggest Mistake, and an online column on business etiquette. She has been a correspondent for Money Magazine for the last 14 years and speaks to organizations throughout Ohio. She s a graduate of The University of Missouri and has been acknowledged by the Associated Press, the Society of Professional Journalists and the
National Association of Black Journalists. Marcia lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and daughter.
