Dr. Isaac Deas was born in New Haven, Connecticut. He is the Interfaith Chaplain of Hospice, Lake and Sumter County, Adjunct Professor for Lake-Sumter Community College, Foundation Board member of Lake Sumter Community College, Guardian Ad litem, Lake County and Board of Directors for the YMCA. Dr. Deas has a bachelors' degree in Social Work from the University of New Haven. He has three Masters' degrees: Public Administration, University of Connecticut; Counseling, University of New Haven; and Education from Columbia University. He has a Doctorate of Education from Columbia University. Dr. Deas is the President and CEO of Deas Consulting and serves as Assistant Pastor at The Fathers Houses Christian Center, Leesburg, Florida.
