About the Author

Nanci L. Danison, BS, BA, JD, was a successful health lawyer in a large midwestern law firm before her death in 1994. She was awarded a Jaycees' Ten Outstanding Young Citizens Award and appeared regularly in a legal segment on local TV noon news shows. Her accomplishments are recognized in the 1998 Who's Who in American Law and the prestigious 2006 Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
