Jodi Pfarr of Minneapolis, MN, brings to her audiences the knowledge gained from years of direct experience with not-for-profit organizations. Pfarr is Executive Director of Emma Norton Services, providing housing to single women with low-incomes. She held several positions at Catholic Charities, most recently as a consultant assisting the program staff with the development of their skills and the enhancement of their programs. This followed her post of Transitional Housing Manager managing low-income housing for those coming out of shelter or off the street, creating holistic programs that assist residents to stabilize their lives. Pfarr holds her Masters of Divinity, and served as a certified critical debriefer for the St. Paul Police Department. She is familiar with the police culture and the challenges officers face. She sits on the board of the Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association and has advised several city and county agencies on projects relating to these issues. Pfarr has been a consultant for aha! Process since 2001.
