About the Author
Leonard Filgate is a self-trained artist. His work has included marine paintings for the United States Navy, theatrical backdrops and reproductions of Japanese screens. Susan Yost-Filgate has been writing stories and poetry since high school and holds a bachelor's degree in art education. The Filgates have been married 23 years and live in Carmel, California, with their daughter, Jessica.
