About the Author

Bob Pike has developed and implemented training programs since 1969. In 2007 he was voted one of the twenty most influential training professionals by Training Industry and received ISA’s prestigious Thought Leader Award. As a consultant, Pike has worked with such organizations as Pfizer, Upjohn, Hallmark Cards Incorporated, and IBM. He has been a member of the American Society for Training and Development since 1972.
