About the Author
Neal Barnard is a nutrition researcher and adjunct associate professor of medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington DC. He is the president of The Cancer Project, president and founder of the Physicians Committee, and the author of numerous books on diet and health including The Cheese Trap, Power Foods for the Brain, Dr. Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes and Breaking The Food Seduction. The Physicians Committee is leading a revolution in medicine - putting a new focus on health and compassion.
