Jim and Rachel Britts are a husband and wife team who share a combined passion for serving God and impacting the lives of teenagers. The Britts met as undergraduate students at Biola University, where Jim received his degree in film and Rachel her degree in English. They both also completed master's degrees - Jim in general ministry at Western Seminary and Rachel in Education at Biola. Today, Jim is a seasoned youth pastor at New Song Community Church. Among his youth group teens, he is known for his wacky sense of humor, his likeness to Jim Carrey and his passion for helping students live out their faith authentically. Rachel is a veteran high school English teacher at Oceanside High School. She hates grading essays but loves greeting students at the door with a smile and pushing them to be their best. The Britts are living the dream in Oceanside, California, which Jim likes to call the Home of the Pacific Ocean. If you watch carefully, you can see Jim and Rachel's church, kitchen, and cool black Jeep in the movie To Save A Life!
