  • David V. Sherwood is a Certified Public Accountant and Enrolled Agent with over 35 years of professional experience. He received his BBA in Accounting from The College of William and Mary. He has provided accounting, auditing, and consulting services to private and publicly traded clients.
  • Kolleen Wells is an Enrolled Agent and a Certified Bookkeeper who specializes in tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. She has worked in the accounting field for many years, including a CPA office and at the county assessor's office. Kolleen is also the Finance Officer of a non-profit corporation.
  • Richard Gramkow is an Enrolled Agent with more than 17 years of experience in various areas of taxation. He holds a master's degree in taxation from Rutgers University and is currently a tax manager for a publicly held Fortune 500 company in the New York metropolitan area.
  • Christy Pinheiro is an Enrolled Agent, Accredited Business Accountant, and writer. She worked as an accountant for two private CPA firms and the state of California before going into private practice.
